About us
The Quality Management Unit reports directly to the NHH Managing Director and establishes the main trends for the development of the hospital's quality management system.
Quality of service and the safety of patients and staff are one of main pillars ensuring the hospital's stability. In order to ensure top quality care, we need the participation of all employees, because the activities of each of them affects (directly or indirectly) the ensuing level of care. In order that the right examination be performed on the right patient at the right time we need to coordinate activities, to communicate well and to make the most effective use of our resources. Because of this, the hospital management has set out clear rules and tracks dozens of parameters to assess the effectiveness of hospital procedures and to minimize risk. Regular audits are conducted to check whether the set procedures and regulations are been adhered to in practice.
