Neuroprogram

The neurological-neurosurgical program is one of the hospital's major clinical programs, in which teams of physicians from three independent specialist units work together to offer patients from throughout the Czech Republic complex diagnostics and conservative treatments as well as, primarily, surgical interventions with follow-up physiotherapy care for diseases of and injuries to the central and peripheral nervous system, particularly the brain and spinal cord. This program also covers surgical treatment of the locomotory apparatus, particularly degenerative diseases of the spinal cord.

The interdisciplinary Epilepsy Center also operates as part of the Neuroprogram.
