The Department of Nephrology provides outpatient care, a non-stop nephrological consulting service and an entire range of hemopurification treatments for both chronic and acute patients.

Care also covers the preparation of patients suffering from irreversible kidney failure for organ transplantation.  The department also has a nephrological outpatients clinic for the diagnostics and treatment of kidney diseases, as well as a specialized counseling unit for ischemic kidney disorders and an outpatients section offering peritoneal dialysis.

The reputation Na Homolce Hospital's Department of Nephrology enjoys at a domestic and European level is further strengthened by its long-term efforts to create an integrated rehabilitation program for dialysis and transplant patients. The Czech Sporting Association Sports Club for Dialysis and Transplant Patients was founded in collaboration with Na Homolce Hospital.

Our modern nephrology unit offers non-stop dialysis care adapted to your needs and personal timetable.  We have 10 dialysis units, including 1 cubicle for patients with type B hepatitis and 1 cubicle for patients with type C hepatitis.
