About us

The Department of Internal Medicine is the foundation stone of Na Homolce Hospital's medical program.  The primary task facing our physicians and nurses is to provide diagnostic and conservative treatment for both outpatients and inpatients.  This necessitates full support from all the other main areas of specialization within the hospital.

Our department also plays a major role in supporting the services provided by the outpatients admissions unit for acutely ill patients.

The Department of Internal Medicine comprises three main sections: outpatients clinic, hospital wards and the gastroenterology unit.
