Visiting Hours

Opening Hours:

1. Hospital Wards
   
   • Ward care is available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
     
   
   

2. Outpatients Clinics
   

   • The Central Registry is open non-stop for patients.
     
   • The outpatients section of the hospital is open each day, with the exception of weekends and public holidays, from 7.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  For those visiting individual outpatient clinics, we recommend that you check the opening hours of the specific clinic you need beforehand, either at the reception of the appropriate department, or at the outpatients clinic itself. 
     
     

Rules for Visitors:

1. Visiting hours are between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. each day.
   
   
2. If you wish to visit at any other time, please check with a physician or nurse in the department concerned.
   
   
3. The visiting hours given above do not apply to the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation, post-operative units and intensive and semi-intensive care units.  These areas are designated for the treatment of severe cases and a special regime is imposed.  Only close family members are permitted to visit here, with the permission of the attending physician.
   
   
4. We ask all our visitors to respect the state of health and condition of hospitalized patients and to adapt their behavior and the length of their visit accordingly.
   
   
5. Children under the age of ten are not permitted to visit the wards.
   
   
6. If the patient's regime allows him/her to leave the bed, you are welcome to visit the hospital buffet and café.
